Our Story
Tom started building boats after buying a book about wooden canoes. He soon built a woodstrip canoe. Using his canoe he developed a passion for saltwater fishing, both fly and spin. His many years of on water fishing experiences combined with a love of boats, has resulted in his innovative designs for people who love fishing and the water. Mitzi Skiffs, Solo Skiffs, Panga Skiffs, IPB 16, and others, Toms passion for fishing boats is well known in boating and fishing circles. The new Versa 18 is a boat we are excited about. Tom has once again said "You do not have to spend a fortune to have a great shallow water skiff" ...and hence the Versa 18, a versatile light displacement boat that will prove the point.
